AI Engineer

About the role

Join the AI & Innovation team of a leading iGaming group to design, build, and scale advanced AI‑driven applications. As a senior engineer you will work across front‑end and back‑end, integrating generative AI, voice AI, agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLMOps to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI‑powered applications, including both client‑side and server‑side components.
• Integrate cutting‑edge frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex and agent SDKs for generative and multimodal use cases.
• Implement voice features using speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech and real‑time synthesis for conversational interfaces.
• Build and operate agentic AI systems with tool‑using, multi‑step reasoning and agent‑to‑agent coordination.
• Create retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, fine‑tune foundation models and establish robust LLMOps practices.
• Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and data pipelines handling structured and unstructured data in relational and NoSQL stores.
• Write unit and integration tests, monitor production performance and optimise latency, uptime and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers across multiple regions and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP or applied AI.
• Proven hands‑on work with large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral or open‑source alternatives).
• Experience building RAG systems, fine‑tuning foundation models and designing agentic AI solutions.
