About the role
The After Sales Service Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients after a sale, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of information. This role supports the real‑estate division by coordinating post‑sale processes and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client communication during the post‑sale phase.
- Provide timely information and updates to clients.
- Coordinate communications related to payments, contracts, and other processes.
- Process client requests and liaise with relevant internal departments.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor ongoing tasks and processes to guarantee quality and timeliness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Strong communication, organization, and responsibility.
- Detail‑oriented with a high sense of accountability.
- Experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus.
