Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and supporting decision‑making across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to maintain compliance with accounting policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with the company's accounting policy.
• Liaise with other departments, including international ones.
• Oversee document workflows and settlements with counterparties.
• Process transactions in accounting software.
• Work extensively with large datasets within the accounting system.
• Manage settlements with counterparties.

Required profile

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Audit.
• Experience as an assistant auditor, deputy chief accountant, accounting specialist or financial controller.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English.
• Experience preparing management reports and interpreting financial statements.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, tax accounting and financial accounting.
