Accounting & Finance Supervisor (Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting & Finance Supervisor on a contract basis to lead our accounting and financial operations. The role involves overseeing daily bookkeeping, preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements
• Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate tax filings and regulatory reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and financial controls
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with finance teams from headquarters or regional offices
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills
