Accountant – Finance Reconciliation

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to handle balance reconciliation, payment allocation and reporting for our partners. The role involves close collaboration with partners, account managers and support teams to ensure accurate financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile balances with partners and allocate payments based on partner files.
• Send statements to partners and reconcile 1C ERP balances with partner data and the back‑office.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of revenue booked in 1C against analytics data.
• Communicate with partners, account managers and support teams on arising issues.
• Handle requests received via corporate channels and email.
• Prepare reports and reconciliations for auditors upon request.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in a finance department (international experience a plus).
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas and data sorting.
• Knowledge of 1C/ERP finance programs.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) or higher.
