About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Tbilisi facility. The role involves overseeing the flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Motivate and manage the warehouse team to meet performance targets.
- Ensure precise inventory records and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline logistics processes.
- Maintain safety standards and a well‑organized workspace.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in English; Georgian preferred.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
