About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our daily accounting operations, monitor cash flows and prepare financial reports for management. You will ensure the accuracy of all accounting records and support the company’s financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s accounting processes and verify the accuracy of bookkeeping data, including revenues, expenses, purchases, imports, inventories and bank operations.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Control debit and credit receivables, bank accounts and other significant balances.
• Monitor the payment calendar and ensure scheduled payments are executed on time.
• Handle payroll processing, including final verification of salaries, bonuses, advances and related taxes.
• Prepare data for tax declarations and statistical reporting.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms, auditors, banks and consultants to provide required financial information.
• Produce regular financial statements and reports for management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash‑flow statements, update actual data and forecast short‑term cash needs.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margin and profitability by business unit, project or product and explain variances.
• Communicate actively with other departments to obtain timely financial information.
• Assign tasks to junior accountants, review primary documents and control deadlines.

Required profile

• Higher education in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in an accounting position.
• Experience using the RS.ge portal.
• Good knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and accounting standards.
• Proven ability to prepare cash‑flow statements and financial reports.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• 1C/Balance accounting software.
• Working‑level English.
