About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telephone Sales Manager to lead outbound sales calls, present our product portfolio and close deals. The position is performance‑driven, with earnings directly linked to your results.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain phone contact with potential customers.
- Present company products, understand client needs and prepare tailored offers.
- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
- Achieve the monthly sales target set by the management.
Required profile
- Experience in a similar sales role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Strong capability to handle objections and work under pressure.
- Fluent Georgian language skills.
