Technical Service Supervisor

About the role

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Service Supervisor to lead a team of technical service representatives. The role focuses on delivering expert guidance to architects, contractors, and distributors on material selection and installation procedures for tile and stone systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage attendance, staffing, performance evaluations, and staff meetings.
• Analyze technical activities, generate reports on trends and needs.
• Create and revise technical data sheets, advisories, and other technical literature.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, reviewing specifications and architectural details.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of product complaints within authorized limits.
• Coordinate technical service and training requests with sales and field teams.
• Participate in job‑site assistance and represent the technical department in management and ISO quality reviews.
• Conduct audits of satellite facilities and approve technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a technical support environment in the construction products industry.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess technical activities and report findings.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with architects, contractors, distributors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage staff schedules, performance, and professional development.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and documentation processes.
