About the role

Tether is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead feature delivery for the Tether Wallet, a self‑custodial wallet supporting USDT, XAUt, USAt and BTC. The position is 100% remote and works closely with the Product Manager and multiple cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end process of moving features from specification to launch.
Coordinate engineering, design, legal, compliance, licensing, expansion, marketing and customer support teams.
Ensure features are delivered on schedule and all dependencies are managed.
Keep stakeholders informed and eliminate blockers that could delay delivery.
Maintain alignment across all teams that touch each feature before release.

Required profile

Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, global fintech environment.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working fully remote.
