Technical Paid Advertising Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Paid Advertising Specialist who can blend data, AI and automation into our paid media workflows. You will own the end‑to‑end management of campaigns while experimenting with new tools and building smarter, AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, test and continuously improve paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using scripts, APIs and AI agents to reduce manual effort.
• Analyze performance data, investigate changes, and implement data‑driven optimisations.
• Experiment with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for campaign management.
• Collaborate with global team members to share insights and drive a technical advertising strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience setting up, running and optimising paid campaigns.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience using technical tools such as Google Ads Scripts, advertising APIs, Python, Zapier, Make, GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or AI agents.
• Ability to manage several campaigns or channels simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on understanding why performance shifts occur.
• Comfort with validating automated workflows and working independently.
