Team Lead for Frontend Web App Team

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead to head our Frontend Web Application team. In this hybrid role you will combine hands‑on technical work with people management, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, scalable web solutions within a monorepo environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal Engineer and Solution Architect to maintain technical quality, design integrity, and robust implementation across frontend, backend and CMS components.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and QA engineers, promoting best practices in ReactJS, Node.js (NestJS), PHP (Laravel), testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead technical design discussions, solve complex cross‑stack challenges, and oversee code quality through peer reviews.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, unblocking the team by leveraging deep expertise.
• Manage the team directly, conducting 1:1s, setting goals, delivering feedback, and driving performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading frontend or full‑stack engineering teams.
• Strong ability to mentor engineers and QA specialists.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Track record of delivering performant, scalable web applications.
