Team Lead Analyst – CRM Vertical

About the role

We are seeking a Team Lead Analyst for the CRM vertical to guide a group of analysts in delivering data‑driven insights that shape campaign, retention and lifecycle strategies. The role sits within the Data Analytics department and works closely with product, marketing and risk teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and allocate tasks for a team of CRM analysts, overseeing quality and professional development.
• Provide actionable insights to support campaign planning, retention flows and client segmentation.
• Analyse CRM activities such as campaigns, communications and client‑targeting performance.
• Promote data‑driven decision‑making across bonus mechanics, communication cadence and targeting.
• Design, build and interpret dashboards that track CRM KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Risk on cross‑functional CRM initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in CRM‑related tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience analysing CRM activities (campaigns, segmentation, communication performance).
• Experience leading or mentoring an analytics team is preferred.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Solid Python skills with experience using analytical libraries such as pandas and numpy.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Native Russian speaker with English level B2 or higher.
