About the role

We are a US‑based recruiting firm seeking a motivated Talent Sourcer to work fully remotely. The position focuses on identifying and researching qualified candidates for our clients, operating as an independent contributor within a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret client job openings and required skill sets.
• Conduct online research to understand unfamiliar technologies and roles.
• Search our resume database to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters to present the best‑matched profiles.
• Meet productivity targets and KPI metrics related to volume and quality of submissions.

Required profile

• Strong online research abilities.
• Self‑discipline and capacity to work independently.
• Comfort with productivity targets and KPI‑driven work.
• Upper‑intermediate spoken and written English.
• Personal laptop or PC and availability to work Monday‑Friday, 5 pm‑2 am Tbilisi time.
