About the role

The Junior Talent Management Officer will join the Talent Management team within the Human Capital Management department of a leading Georgian bank. The role supports employee assessment and development processes, helping to build a culture of continuous feedback and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and analysing employee performance assessments, including 360° competency reviews.
• Coordinate assessment cycles, monitor progress, and maintain data in the HR system.
• Provide technical support for HR systems, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare communication materials and resources for assessment and feedback processes.
• Participate in the design and delivery of development programs, workshops, coaching, and training initiatives.
• Communicate with participants, managers, internal partners, and external providers to ensure smooth program execution.
• Collect and analyse data on program effectiveness, generate reports, and identify trends.

Required profile

• Experience or internship in human capital management, preferably in talent management, learning & development, performance management, HR analytics or HR projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data and identify patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency in English at minimum B2 level.
