SRE Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled SRE Engineer to lead the design and development of Agentic AI applications while ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production‑scale distributed systems. The role blends deep expertise in AI development with Site Reliability Engineering practices and infrastructure‑as‑code on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI applications aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain SRE practices to improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Manage infrastructure as code using AWS services, CloudFormation and AWS SDK.
• Monitor application health with observability tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software.
• Stay current with industry trends in AI, cloud computing, and SRE.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Agentic AI development.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure management.
• Hands‑on experience with SRE methodologies and observability tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead software development projects and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
