Social Media & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Aptos Global is looking for a dynamic Social Media & Partnerships Manager to join its Tbilisi office. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s online presence, engaging medical professionals, and driving joint initiatives with distributors and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content across all social media channels.
• Maintain a social media calendar and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies, nurturing relationships with key distributors and collaborators.
• Coordinate joint campaigns, events and content collaborations with partners.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, education and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing or brand management, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset for tracking campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Experience using content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Familiarity with basic analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
