Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to own the full funnel—from acquisition to booking and retention—on a technology‑powered wellness platform. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and reports directly to the founders, giving you freedom to test new channels, messaging, offers and AI‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta and other high‑potential channels, managing strategy, budgets, optimization and reporting.
• Build and optimise acquisition funnels, landing pages and conversion flows to improve CAC, ROAS and booking volume.
• Develop audience segmentation, retargeting, email, SMS and push lifecycle campaigns, and run A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Analyse attribution, cohorts, LTV and retention metrics, and create dashboards to monitor growth performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with a proven track record of reducing CAC and increasing qualified conversions.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable forming hypotheses, launching experiments and iterating quickly.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with product, design and engineering, and leverage AI tools to scale workflows.

Required skills

• Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
• SEO and organic acquisition strategies.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, Segment or Looker.
• Proficiency in building landing pages without engineering support.
• Use of AI tools for campaign creation, research and optimisation.
