Social Media and Content Specialist

About the role

Indigo Cars is looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to join its Tbilisi office. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across the company’s social channels and supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Daily management of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts, including content scheduling and publishing.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution.
• Write copy for posts, advertising texts, campaign messages, articles and blogs.
• Plan video content for TikTok, Reels and other formats, creating ideas, scripts and talking points.
• Organise video shoots with videographers, defining theme, script, participants, location and props.
• Prepare clear briefs for advertising agencies, designers and videographers, and monitor quality and deadlines.
• Respond to audience comments and messages promptly, maintaining brand tone and redirecting inquiries when needed.
• Monitor social media trends and competitors, analyse content performance and produce regular reports.
• Participate in company‑wide marketing campaigns and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or Public Relations.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Excellent written Georgian with strong copywriting abilities and skill to adapt texts for different audiences.
