Shipping Line Sales Coordinator

About the role

Wilhelmsen is expanding its Liner Sales organization and is looking for a Shipping Line Sales Coordinator to join the team in Tbilisi. You will work closely with the Liner Manager and cross‑functional teams to drive business development, manage customer relationships, and support the sales process for shipping line services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through calls and meetings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and draft contracts to support negotiations.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends and uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor and manage customer bookings to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow‑up.
• Provide customer support for e‑commerce setup, onboarding, and verification.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies that contribute to broader business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sales, marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the shipping line or logistics sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
