Senior Recruiter

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own the final stages of hiring and ensure candidates are placed efficiently across teams. You will act as the bridge between recruitment and delivery, focusing on candidates who have already cleared initial screening.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates after recruiter screening and conduct final interviews.
• Match candidates to the most suitable teams and roles.
• Present candidates to Team Leads, Captains, and clients.
• Close open roles within target timelines and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery teams to align hiring priorities.
• Provide feedback to recruiters to improve pipeline quality.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to make quick, confident hiring decisions.
• High level of organization and ownership.
• Experience in recruitment, coordination, or operations roles.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
