Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python / React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and modern full‑stack applications. You will work on AI‑powered features, micro‑service architectures, and integration pipelines while collaborating with distributed, agile teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Build and maintain full‑stack applications using Python and React.
• Integrate AI‑driven components such as LLMs, machine‑learning models, and RAG‑based architectures with vector search.
• Work with vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Design efficient data models and optimise database performance.
• Architect and maintain micro‑services‑based systems.
• Lead third‑party integrations via APIs, data pipelines, and automation workflows.
• Develop data analytics and predictive processing components.
• Implement automation pipelines and workflow orchestration.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, reliability, and security of all systems.
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain testing coverage.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architecture planning.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience delivering production‑grade web applications.
• Fluent English and proven experience working in agile, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
