Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation)

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead monetisation initiatives within its CRM function. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of revenue‑driving campaigns, optimise user journeys and use data‑focused experimentation to fuel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute monetisation projects, owning campaigns that generate revenue.
• Design and optimise lifecycle journeys focused on acquisition, conversion and win‑back.
• Manage high‑volume campaign operations, ensuring seamless execution and deliverability.
• Develop innovative segmentation and communication strategies through continuous testing.
• Build and maintain an A/B testing framework, analysing results to drive data‑based improvements.
• Ensure technical soundness of campaigns, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with engineering.
• Collaborate with Growth, Design, Analytics and other cross‑functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor and analyse CRM performance metrics, producing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Own technical CRM setup, including automation, deliverability optimisation and tool integrations.
• Proactively propose process improvements, new ideas and enhancements to maximise monetisation outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on CRM experience, including strategy development and execution.
• Strong monetisation mindset with a proven track record of revenue‑driving lifecycle initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale campaigns and deliver measurable growth.
• Technical expertise in CRM platforms such as Braze; experience with Customer.io is a plus.
• Proficiency with analytical tools and a results‑driven approach to experimentation.
