Marketing Analyst

About the role

MEDvidi is an AI‑powered mental healthcare platform looking for a Marketing Analyst to help scale patient acquisition while maintaining a strong return on marketing spend. You will analyse channel performance, investigate funnel issues and turn data into actionable recommendations for the cross‑functional Demand and Supply team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance of paid and organic marketing channels and individual campaigns.
• Recommend allocation of paid marketing spend across channels and campaigns.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor acquisition performance and conversion funnels.
• Investigate funnel drop‑offs, data discrepancies and attribution gaps.
• Plan, launch, monitor and analyse A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Serve as a data‑driven advisor, communicating findings and recommendations clearly.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours and under a long‑term B2B contractor model.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python and its data‑analysis libraries.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (plus).
