Senior Business Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analytics Manager to join the Go‑to‑Market Finance organization. The role will drive data‑informed strategy, build scalable analytics solutions and AI‑enabled workflows that improve planning, forecasting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics and AI‑enabled workflow initiatives, from problem framing to measurable business impact.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI in planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into analytical frameworks, data models, KPI designs and decision‑support workflows.
• Design and build scalable data products such as pipelines, dashboards, reporting layers and AI‑ready datasets.
• Prototype and test AI‑enabled Finance workflows, including automated narratives, anomaly detection and natural‑language insight discovery.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and central data teams to move prototypes into production‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 8‑10+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, strategic finance, BizOps or data science.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, perform deep analysis and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting finance, GTM or business leadership teams in planning, forecasting and performance management.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for large, complex datasets.
• BI and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Python or similar statistical tools for advanced analytics and modeling.
• Machine‑learning and AI techniques applied to business workflows.
• Data modeling and design of scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.
