Senior BI Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to drive data‑driven digital transformation across international projects in sectors such as oil & gas, finance, retail, e‑commerce, and healthcare. The role is fully remote within Georgia, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, interactive charts, and reports following visualization best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams on end‑to‑end data migration, ETL processes, and data modernization projects.
• Lead workshops and meetings with clients to define and prioritize business needs.
• Translate requirements into actionable insights and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform data discovery, assessment, and profiling using SQL queries.
• Prepare source‑to‑target mappings, data models, and data flow documentation.
• Organize backlogs with epics, features, and stories and drive Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and produce post‑development materials.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data migration, transformation, governance, BI or AI projects.
• 3+ years handling BI, DWH, and analytical project requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead client interactions and produce high‑quality documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher).

Required skills

• SQL for data profiling and queries.
• Power BI and Tableau for data transformation, modeling, and visualization.
• Data Warehousing fundamentals, data modeling, and data quality concepts.
• ETL processes and source‑to‑target mapping preparation.
• Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
