About the role
Senior/Advanced Analyst – Retail Profitability & Analytics Group at Bank of Georgia offers ambitious finance professionals the chance to turn data into strategic impact. You will help shape strategy, optimise performance and guide key decisions across the retail business while working alongside experienced colleagues on pricing, customer behaviour and product profitability analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop pricing simulation models to support strategic decision‑making.
- Analyse customer behaviour to optimise campaigns, pricing and engagement.
- Assess profitability across products, branches, segments and channels.
- Deliver clear, data‑driven insights to support commercial and operational decisions.
- Strengthen internal reporting and performance‑tracking tools for better visibility and action.
- Contribute to strategic projects focused on cost efficiency, pricing and commercial performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
- Proactive team player with clear, audience‑aware communication.
