Senior Analyst – Budgeting & Reporting

About the role

The Holding is looking for a Senior Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for its portfolio of companies. You will work closely with internal teams and partner firms to ensure accurate financial information and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and managerial reports for all holding companies.
• Analyse variances against budgets and previous periods.
• Develop and analyse monthly and yearly budgets for incoming companies.
• Collect necessary data from other departments and partner companies for reporting.
• Introduce new reporting forms and models.
• Monitor ongoing projects within incoming companies.
• Implement managerial reports in the ERP system.
• Prepare and analyse periodic forecasts.
• Produce various ad‑hoc reports as required.
• Support additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Audit or General Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in budgeting or reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
