Investment Solutions Analyst – Private Debt

About the role

Join BlueOrchard’s Private Debt Portfolio Management team in Tbilisi as an Investment Solutions Analyst. You will support the portfolio managers with routine tasks, ad‑hoc research and analysis, helping to shape and monitor private‑debt investment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data to develop and support investment strategies and decision‑making.
• Prepare reporting materials, presentations and other supporting documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain sector information databases through systematic research and data organization.
• Monitor competitors by gathering quantitative data and providing qualitative analysis.

Required profile

• Proactive, independent self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Collaborative team player who can work across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
• Curious problem‑solver with a continuous‑improvement mindset and openness to AI‑enabled tools.

Required skills

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; CFA is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in asset management, investment consulting, banking or similar roles.
• Good understanding of fixed‑income and credit markets, including bonds, yields, spreads and portfolio risk.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with high accuracy.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data‑management tools, programming and AI‑enabled knowledge tools is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
