Senior Analyst – Advisory

About the role

Galt & Taggart is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its fast‑paced Advisory unit. You will work at the forefront of mergers & acquisitions and strategic consulting, providing deep financial insight for top‑tier clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across multiple sectors, interpreting statements, market trends and macro indicators.
• Build, maintain and stress‑test financial models, perform valuations and develop scenario analyses.
• Support end‑to‑end execution of M&A, capital raising and other transactions, preparing information memorandums, pitch decks and related documentation.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships, actively participating in meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑focused solutions and mentor junior analysts.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Georgian; additional languages are a plus.
• CFA qualification is advantageous.
