Senior Accountant

About the role

Raymann, an independent network of technologically advanced ambulatory clinics in Tbilisi, is looking for a Senior Accountant to lead its in‑house accounting function. You will ensure accurate, timely, and tax‑compliant bookkeeping, month‑end closing, and support the ongoing modernization of the accounting system.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily revenues by branch and payer, manage bank and cash operations, and process supplier invoices and payments.
• Handle payroll processing and prepare all tax declarations on rs.ge, including VAT, income tax, and pension contributions.
• Execute month‑end close activities: journal entries, reconciliations, asset and lease accounting, and monthly foreign‑currency revaluation.
• Invoice insurance companies and monitor debtor balances.
• Implement the new chart of accounts migration and enforce updated accounting policies.
• Validate AI‑CFO generated entries, flag errors, and investigate anomalies.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience in Georgia.
• At least 2 years in a senior accountant role with personal responsibility for tax filings.
• Deep knowledge of rs.ge and complete month‑end closing cycles.
• Proficiency with modern accounting platforms; QuickBooks Online is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Native Georgian speaker and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
