Search Engine Advertising Specialist

About the role

The Search Engine Advertising Specialist will join Netex Group’s Tbilisi office to manage and optimise paid search campaigns for a portfolio of online‑shop clients. You will work closely with marketing and account teams to deliver measurable performance, visibility and ROI across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise search advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy and create landing‑page briefs.
• Manage bids, budgets and daily spend to meet client objectives.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools, generate regular reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in search engine advertising and performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking and tag‑management solutions.
• Experience creating conversion‑focused ad copy and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Very good English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
