Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the role

TripleTen, an EdTech company delivering tech career programs, is looking for a data‑driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead Meta Ads and other paid channels across the US market. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will own high‑budget campaigns and optimise complex funnels to drive enrolments for high‑value tech programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the paid media budget (≈ $200K/month) for advanced programs, aiming to multiply spend by year‑end.
• Manage Meta, Google (including YouTube), LinkedIn, and run experimental campaigns on Reddit and Twitter.
• Design campaign and ad‑set architecture, conduct keep‑or‑kill decisions based on data thresholds, and maintain decision logs.
• Brief content producers and evaluate creative performance against metrics.
• Prioritise traffic quality over cost‑per‑lead by analysing sales call transcripts and audience conversion.
• Set up attribution, pixels, and conversion events; reconcile ad data with CRM and BI systems.
• Launch new program funnels with dedicated targets, focusing on adding sales rather than redistributing share.

Required profile

• 4+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience with real budgets in high‑cost markets.
• Recent experience (last 2‑3 years) with expensive acquisition and long, multi‑step funnels in education, B2B, fintech or high‑ticket services.
• Comfort with narrow audiences, thin data, and making judgement calls when statistics are limited.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel economics (CAC, contribution, cohorts, lead‑to‑call, call‑to‑sale) and ability to read CRM and BI data.
• Hands‑on ownership of attribution, pixel setup, and tracking quality assurance.
