About the role

The Operational Support Department of the Bank of Georgia is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of its internal warehouse. The role involves managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with bank procedures, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse in line with bank processes and procedures.
• Supervise receiving, issuing, and storage operations, ensuring control and accuracy.
• Implement best‑practice methods to optimise space utilisation.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures for the warehouse.
• Plan and control inventory counting and related processes.
• Prepare required reports on warehouse performance.
• Lead and develop staff directly reporting to the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar warehouse management role.
• Higher education (university degree).
• Proficient knowledge of standard office computer applications.
• Experience with warehouse management software.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) operation.
