SAP Logistics (SCM) Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Logistics (SCM) Engineering Manager to lead our global SAP Logistics operations. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive strategic initiatives, project delivery, and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a worldwide team of SAP professionals, overseeing all SAP Logistics activities.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing SAP Logistics teams across multiple locations.
• Handle the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance reviews, career development, and compensation.
• Drive strategic projects that enhance SAP Logistics capabilities and support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design proposals and create project statements of work.
• Maintain direct communication with customers to ensure quality delivery, team performance, and adherence to schedules.
• Stay current with SAP Logistics best practices and ensure their implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP engineering roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management position and experience managing teams of five or more.
• Participation in at least two full‑cycle SAP implementations or product launches.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
