Sales Specialist, Emerging Solutions

About the role

The Rhumbix Sales Specialist drives new business and revenue growth for Rhumbix, an Autodesk company, across defined market and industry segments and Autodesk sales channels. This role carries a sales quota and is accountable for meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Rhumbix revenue across assigned markets, industry segments, and territories.
• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calling, targeted campaigns, and other demand‑generation activities.
• Manage inbound sales opportunities, cross‑sell and expand Rhumbix within existing Autodesk customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and build strong relationships with Autodesk sales teams and internal stakeholders to execute coordinated account strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in construction, construction technology, solution consulting, technical sales, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of commercial construction operations and project workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to learn complex workflows and explain them clearly.
• Curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and skill in organizing information into clear, compelling presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with Account Executives and manage multiple customer engagements in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
