Sales Manager

About the role

Premier Group is looking for an energetic, results‑driven Sales Manager to join its team in Georgia. The company operates in aesthetic medicine, representing a wide portfolio of international brands, including medical equipment, professional cosmetics and other solutions for clinics and medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Georgian market.
• Identify and attract new clients such as clinics, doctors, medical centres and other relevant partners.
• Present and promote Premier Group’s products and solutions to prospective customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through needs assessment, negotiation and closing.
• Prepare commercial offers and conduct product presentations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure high‑level service and long‑term cooperation.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall growth in Georgia.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging business opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, result‑oriented and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following languages – English or Russian (mandatory).
• Experience in medical, aesthetic medicine, pharmaceutical, beauty or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
