Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the end‑to‑end sales process for Silkway Express LLC, an international logistics and transportation provider. Based in Tbilisi with hybrid flexibility, the role focuses on driving revenue growth across cross‑border markets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert prospects, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and ongoing account management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, negotiate rates and terms, and coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service quality.
• Monitor market developments, analyse customer needs, produce sales reports and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with international partners, participate in meetings and calls, and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably within logistics, transportation or related sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of long‑term partnership maintenance.
• Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting and use of CRM or similar tools.
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitive offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
