Sales Manager

About the role

CarLine Auto Import is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive the acquisition and sale of vehicles, motorcycles and special equipment imported from the US and Canada. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the auction process and ensuring seamless logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Process newly incoming hot leads and provide initial consultation.
• Conduct active communication with potential clients, including cold calling.
• Identify and select vehicles/equipment that match client requirements and budgets on American auction platforms.
• Serve as the intermediary between auctions and clients, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Coordinate closely with purchasing and logistics teams to confirm pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update a personal CRM database, tracking statuses and data accuracy.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in auto‑import or B2C environments.
• Basic knowledge of car, motorcycle and special equipment models and specifications.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Familiarity with office software and CRM systems.
• Fluent Georgian (English or Russian language skills are a plus).
• High sense of responsibility, discipline and effective time management.
