Sales Executive - Georgia

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Sales Executive in Tbilisi. You will drive sales for new partners in a fast-paced environment, building the partner pipeline, closing deals and hitting monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the Strategic Accounts (Block A) leads decision-makers committee, using your Glovo partners and local knowledge
• Manage C-level meetings and act as a Salesforce power user, giving feedback on new features to management
• Apply the business development methodology and report daily sales activity (calls, mail, meetings) with detailed notes on leads and opportunities
• Analyse results, spot new trends in the city and meet daily input targets and monthly/quarterly objectives for the Sales Executive Level II role
• Mentor new joiners on tools and the business development way of working

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in high-performance sales
• Previous experience in a startup or demanding environment preferred
• Experience training and motivating a sales team is a plus
• Strong communication, influence and change-driving skills
