Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Reporting Specialist will ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting for a leading EU‑licensed digital bank operating in Georgia. You will work closely with finance, risk, IT and business teams to improve reporting processes and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit mandatory periodic reports (daily, monthly, quarterly) to the National Bank of Georgia and other supervisory authorities within established deadlines.
• Provide management with financial performance reports and propose improvements to operational efficiency.
• Continuously monitor data accuracy and perform reconciliations, identifying and correcting errors.
• Track changes in IFRS standards and regulatory requirements, adapting reporting templates accordingly.
• Analyze financial results, budget‑to‑actual variances and profitability trends.
• Collaborate intensively with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Identify emerging trends and improvement opportunities based on data analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with IT, risk, finance and business line teams to enhance data structures and support automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business, Banking, Accounting or Audit.
• Strong knowledge of the National Bank of Georgia regulatory framework and IFRS standards.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• SQL knowledge (preferred).
• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
