Registered Nurse – Medical‑Surgical, Full‑Time Nights

About the role

The Registered Nurse will join a dedicated medical‑surgical unit working night shifts to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on safety, confidentiality and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments and discharge instructions.
• Advocate for patient satisfaction and address concerns in a timely manner.
• Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Current RN license with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in a medical‑surgical setting.
