Registered Nurse – Infusion (Full-Time Days)

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care on a full‑time day schedule, focusing on infusion therapy. The RN acts as a key communicator between patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, contributing to individualized care plans.
• Deliver safe and effective care in line with institutional policies, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and facilitating communication among care providers and families.
• Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and support process enhancements.
• Maintain current RN licensure, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and shared governance.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.
• Infusion experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and teamwork abilities.
