Quality Assurance Verification Assistant Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Verification Assistant Manager will lead the implementation and maintenance of HMGMA's quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and supporting continuous improvement across the EV production plant.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the ISO 9001‑based quality management system.
• Guide employees on ISO 9001 requirements and conduct internal audits.
• Coordinate external audits and manage ISO 9001 certification.
• Ensure all quality documentation is current and accurate.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive quality excellence.
• Monitor updates to ISO standards and adjust the QMS accordingly.
• Support vehicle evaluation, disassembly analysis, and external index analysis in the electronic inspection facility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Automotive industry experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 certification.
• Background in vehicle testing and durability validation.
• Knowledge of EV, chassis, and electronic systems.
• Understanding of CAN (Controller Area Network) communication.
• Strong technical English reading and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
