Provider Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Provider Manager to own the performance of our provider network, the core supply engine of our lead marketplace. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, monitoring, and, when necessary, off‑boarding providers to ensure consistent, high‑quality lead flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full provider lifecycle – sourcing, onboarding, performance monitoring, and off‑boarding.
• Track daily provider metrics such as lead quality, volume, conversion, and refund rates, and intervene before revenue impact.
• Identify and resolve quality or delivery issues with evidence, escalating only when necessary.
• Negotiate terms, payouts, and SLAs that align provider incentives with marketplace outcomes.
• Maintain a live pipeline of new providers to grow supply and reduce concentration risk.
• Collaborate with client‑facing, product, and operations teams to match provider output to demand.
• Monitor competitor supply moves and anticipate provider shifts.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience managing vendors, affiliates, partners, or performance‑based relationships with revenue impact.
• Proven ability to hold external partners accountable to strict quality and delivery standards.
• Data‑driven decision maker who relies on performance dashboards.
• Highly organized, capable of handling 50+ active provider relationships simultaneously.
• Fluent English (C1+) with clear, concise communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate sourcing, monitoring, and communication.
• Strong ownership and decisive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
