Project Manager (Integration Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead integration projects, coordinating tasks, timelines and resources across development teams. The role bridges technical and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time while adhering to Agile and CI/CD processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources for one or multiple development teams.
• Facilitate meetings, motivate team members and challenge progress.
• Ensure compliance with Agile and CI/CD methodologies, adapting them to team needs.
• Monitor team performance, fine‑tune processes and report on project status.
• Identify and manage risks, prioritize work and balance business goals with technical implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a mid‑level Project Manager or higher.
• Proven experience managing product or technical teams (front‑end and/or back‑end).
• Strong understanding of modern project management methodologies and technical team processes.
• Excellent soft skills, leadership attitude and critical thinking.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2+) for reading/writing technical documentation and client negotiations.
