Production Support Analyst – Credit Union Solutions

About the role

Fiserv is looking for a Production Support Analyst to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation of its Credit Union Solutions technology environments. The role provides hands‑on support for both AIX and Windows Server platforms, handling incidents, maintenance, and automation in a regulated financial‑technology setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support for applications, services and infrastructure on IBM AIX and Microsoft Windows Server.
• Triage and resolve incidents related to OS behavior, batch jobs, connectivity, certificates, permissions, software packages and file movement.
• Execute planned maintenance such as certificate updates, software lifecycle remediation, service‑account changes and post‑change validation.
• Install, update and remove approved software in accordance with change‑management and security policies.
• Manage certificate installation/renewal, including trust‑chain validation and expiration tracking.
• Maintain service‑account credentials, perform password rotations and coordinate with identity‑access teams.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for health checks, log collection, configuration validation and exception reporting.
• Participate in incident bridges, root‑cause analysis, post‑incident reviews and documentation of runbooks and SOPs.

Required profile

• Disciplined technical support professional with experience in production stability and operational controls.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within regulated financial‑technology environments.
• Willingness to participate in after‑hours maintenance windows and on‑call rotation.
