Product Owner Mentor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to act as a mentor for our students at the Digital Industry Academy. The mentor will share practical product management knowledge, guide hands‑on workshops and support learners in applying modern tools and AI‑enhanced techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver online and offline workshops covering product vision, user research, backlog prioritisation and sprint execution.
• Share real‑world case studies, product development processes and AI‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide one‑on‑one mentorship, feedback and support for practical assignments and projects.
• Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment and encourage active participation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Experience coordinating product development from research to delivery.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
