Product Manager - Enrichment

About the role

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and success of its document conversion and enrichment technology. The role focuses on driving efficiency in litigation review by delivering powerful enrichment capabilities across processing, imaging, and PDF production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute short‑ and long‑term product roadmaps for document conversion and enrichment.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, user research, sales, marketing) and external customers to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Work with other enrichment product managers to create a cohesive, intuitive architecture that improves user experience.
• Develop adoption strategies, create marketing artifacts, and support enablement teams to remove barriers to usage.
• Conduct user and competitive research to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

Required profile

• Strong customer empathy with a proven ability to translate workflow needs into product features.
• Excellent communication skills to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and outcomes in a fast‑changing technology environment.
• Deep understanding of Relativity’s product suite and the e‑discovery domain.
