About the role

The Practical Nursing Simulation & Clinical Lab Adjunct Coordinator works under faculty supervision to support nursing students through hands‑on laboratory experiences, simulation scenarios, and clinical rotations. This position ensures the smooth operation of the simulation lab and contributes to the delivery of high‑quality nursing education.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on practical nursing skills in the simulation lab.
• Assist and supervise students during laboratory sessions.
• Lead and facilitate simulation scenarios for nursing education.
• Cover clinical rotation assignments and conduct routine student clinical visits.
• Prepare, maintain, and operate laboratory equipment and manage inventory of supplies.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• At least three years of recent practice as a licensed registered nurse.
• Current Georgia nursing license.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
